Through the contact form and any direct communication we have with you (email, WhatsApp or phone), we may collect the following categories of data:

• Identification data: first and last name.
• Contact data: email address and phone / WhatsApp number.
• Information about your property: property type, location and, where applicable, a link to an existing listing on platforms such as Airbnb or Booking.com.
• The content of any message you voluntarily send us through the contact form.
• Data necessary to prepare quotes and provide the contracted service, including, where applicable, the property photographs you provide to us for cinematic treatment.
• Browsing data collected through cookies or similar technologies, as described in our Cookie Policy.

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• To respond to information requests you send us through the contact form or by email.
• To prepare and send personalised quotes tailored to your property and your needs.
• To manage and provide the contracted audiovisual services, including the communication necessary during the development of the project.
• To send you commercial communications about our services, only where you have given your express consent to do so.
• To comply with the legal and tax obligations applicable to CasaViva Studio's business activity.

The legal basis that legitimises the processing of your data is as follows, depending on the specific purpose:

• Consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR): to respond to enquiries voluntarily submitted through the contact form and, where applicable, to send commercial communications.
• Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR): to prepare quotes and provide the contracted audiovisual service.
• Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR): to ensure the security of the website and for aggregated statistical purposes that may arise from the use of analytics cookies, always subject to your prior consent where required under cookie regulations.
• Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR): to comply with tax, accounting and commercial obligations arising from the provision of the service.

Data provided through the contact form that does not result in a contractual relationship will be kept for as long as necessary to handle your request, and for a maximum of 12 months from the last contact, unless you request its deletion earlier.

Data arising from a contractual relationship (accepted quotes, invoicing) will be kept for the duration of that relationship and, subsequently, for the legally applicable limitation periods, including the retention period for commercial and tax documentation set out in Article 30 of the Spanish Commercial Code (6 years) and applicable tax regulations.

Data processed on the basis of your consent to receive commercial communications will be kept until you withdraw that consent.

CasaViva Studio implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, as required by Article 32 of the GDPR, in order to prevent the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorised access to, and theft of the personal data provided.

The services offered through this website are aimed at adults. CasaViva Studio does not knowingly collect data from minors. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with their data without the consent of their parents or legal guardians, please let us know at hola@casaviva.studio so that we can delete it.

CasaViva Studio may amend this Privacy Policy to adapt it to legislative or case-law developments, or to industry practice. Any substantial change will be communicated through this website, indicating the date of the last update.
